Privacy notice

Axio BioPharma operates the Biomanufacturing AI Maturity Index (BAMI) assessment at bami.axiobiopharma.com. This page tells you what we collect, where it goes, and how to remove it.

What we collect when you complete the assessment

• Your email address — required to see results and receive any follow-up you opt into.
• Free-text company name— what you type in the “company” field. We do not validate this against external records.
• Your role or title— what you select or type in the “role” field.
• Your dimension- and level-level responses — your BAMI picks and (if you provide them) your DPMM scores.
• Free-text feedback— anything you type in the “what feels wrong or missing” field.
• Drop-off point — if you leave before finishing, we record where you stopped, so we can improve the assessment.
• Submission timestamp.

We do not collect your IP address, browser fingerprint, or third-party analytics identifiers. We do not use marketing cookies. We use only the strictly necessary cookies required for the assessment to function within your session.

Where your data goes

Your responses are stored in two places:

1. Supabase (PostgreSQL hosted by Supabase, Inc., region: US-East). This is the canonical record. Axio uses it to read aggregate feedback and improve the assessment.
2. HubSpot(CRM operated by HubSpot, Inc., US). Your email, role, company, and summary scores are stored as a contact record so Axio can follow up with you about the items you explicitly opted into (“send me the Detailed criteria” or “review this with Axio”).

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party other than these two infrastructure providers.

How to delete your data

Email privacy@axiobiopharma.com with the email address you used. We will delete your Supabase row and your HubSpot contact within five business days.

If you would rather not submit anything

A downloadable Excel version of the BAMI assessment is available at the link in the page footer. The Excel never sends any data to Axio; it lives entirely on your computer. You can use it to self-assess without disclosing anything.

EU residents

The BAMI assessment is currently hosted in the US. We are happy to delete your data on request and to provide a copy of what we hold. Email privacy@axiobiopharma.com.
